Octopus and Fane team up for online food and drink events

Octopus Publishing is teaming up with events management company Fane Productions to launch a series of online events that celebrate the best voices in food and drink, including Moncia Galetti and Clodagh McKenna.

Galetti, well-known chef and judge on "Masterchef: The Professionals" will kick off the Cookbook Confidential series on 5th October with a virtual night in, providing inspiration for everyday dishes from her new book At Home as well as sharing personal stories that informed the recipes.

Mixer brand Fever-Tree will be hosting a cocktail masterclass on 24th November which will showcase some of the concoctions from their latest book Fever-Tree Easy Mixing. Tickets will also include an easy mixing cocktail kit so viewers can join in with fun. McKenna, resident chef on ITV’s "This Morning" and author of Clodagh’s Suppers, Clodagh’s Weeknight Kitchen and In Minutes, will be hosting a live cookery demonstration to show how you can make quick but delicious meals from home.

We hope people will be joining us from their kitchens and living rooms to learn some new recipes and skills but mainly to have a really fun, entertaining evening with some of the best names in food and drink.”
