No fireworks at Blackwell a.g.m.

<p>The board and major shareholders of Blackwell Ltd are said to have had a "calm" discussion at the company's annual general meeting yesterday (16th December). A source said that despite "expectations of fireworks", there seemed to have been a mutual decision that there was "little point in fighting" at this stage.
