New 'networked' Picador.com goes live

<p>Picador&#39;s new website Picador.com has gone live.</p><p>Announcing it at the London Book Fair&#39;s digital conference last week, Pan Macmillan&#39;s head of digital development James Long described Picador.com as &quot;a new kind of publisher&#39;s site&quot;, a &quot;networked&quot; site which will pull in content about Picador titles from around the web, including Twitter feeds and multimedia content.<br /><br />Long said the site would be &quot;monitoring the web in intelligent, specified ways to bring in information and bring together a community of readers and authors.&quot; Take a look <a href="http://www.picador.com/" target="_blank" title="http://www.picador.com/">here.</a><br /><br />&nbsp;</p>
