The book is the first full-length novel from DeLillo for a number of years. It is described as “the work of a master at the peak of his powers”.
Zero K is “wise, rich, funny and moving - an ode to language, at the heart of our humanity, a meditation on death, and an embrace of life”.
DeLillo is the author of 15 novels and three plays. He has won the National Book Award, the Jerusalem Prize, the Irish Times International Fiction Prize and most recently the PEN/Saul Bellow Award for lifetime achievement in American literature and the National Book award medal for lifetime achievement.
