Munt named Publishing Training Centre's new c.e.o.

Kathryn Munt has been announced Peter McKay's successor as the Publishing Training Centre's new c.e.o.

Munt is currently global vice president for Integra and responsible in the UK for English Language Teaching (ELT) and Schools. She was previously director of publishing at the International Baccalaureate in the Hague, and has also worked in ELT publishing for Cambirdge University Press and Pearson.

She steps into the shoes of outgoing c.e.o. McKay, who retired in June to move to Ireland after seven years with the company.

In welcoming Munt to the team, Lis Tribe, chair of trustees, said: "I am very excited that Kathryn Munt is stepping into the role c.e.o. of the Publishing Training Centre. Kathryn brings a wealth of publishing and leadership experience, as well as already a strong sense of strategic direction for the PTC.  I am looking forward enormously to working with her."
