New 'Blyton' novels planned

<p>Chorion, the rights management company behind the Noddy brand, is developing new material based on other Enid Blyton series as part of a major push across the deceased author&#39;s portfolio.</p><p>The company has recruited creative packager Working Partners to devise new stories for The Wishing-Chair series, and is working directly with authors on a new spin-off series based on <em>The Faraway Tree</em>. &quot;Our objective is to make Blyton frontlist again,&quot; said Esra Cafer, senior manager for brand development. &quot;We think some of the properties are highly under-exploited.&quo...
