She also has experience across both print and digital and a wide range of markets from Southern Europe to South Africa.
Ben Wright, HarperCollins international sales director, said: "I am delighted to be welcoming Bethan to the HarperCollins international sales teams. I have known her for many years and always admired her determination, passion and entrepreneurship. She has a great reputation among colleagues and customers alike and will be instrumental in our ongoing ambitions for Fourth Estate and William Collins to grow in sales and acclaim worldwide."
Moore added: "I've loved my nine years with Penguin Random House and am very sad to leave behind such amazing colleagues and authors, but the opportunity to join Ben's team at HarperCollins was too good to ignore. I've long admired the incredible Fourth Estate and William Collins lists from afar and am so excited to take them to readers across the world."
