Clare Alexander stepped down as president of the Association of Authors Agents at its annual general meeting on Wednesday. She is to be replaced by Lucas Alexander Whitley m.d. Philippa Milnes-Smith, a former m.d. of Puffin. Milnes-Smith will be replaced as vice president of the AAA by Anthony Goff, m.d. of David Higham Associates.
Joint Treasurers Andrew Nurnberg and Caroline Montgomery also ended their tenure at the AAA, and will be replaced by A.P. Watt director and agent Sheila Crowley.
Curtis Brown contracts manager Anna Davis and Jenny Brown, who set up her eponymous agency in Scotland in 2002, are joining the AAA committee.
