Mills & Boon is adding to its team in the UK, recruiting for four new positions across its digital and marketing departments.
The publisher, based in Richmond, has already appointed a new web executive and digital executive, data, and is still in the process of appointing a new digital executive, account marketing and a marketing co-ordinator.
Tim Cooper, digital and marketing director at M&B, said of the appointments: "Some of this has come about because an employee on maternity leave decided not to come back, so we needed to buy in some more digital expertise.
"And also, it is due to the constant regrowth and change that digital brings about, which we are trying to embed within our business but also [we want to] harness expertise so we can make the most of opportunities that come our way."
