The memorial of late literary agent Toby Eady will take place at 4pm on Monday 9th April at the Royal Overseas Club.
Eady died at his London home on Christmas Eve 2017, aged 76, following a long illness. He has been remembered as "a maverick, a passionate champion of his authors and advocate of their work". Writers he represented over the course of his career included Rachel Seiffert, Patrick Marnham and John Carey. He also sold Wild Swans for Jung Chang, a book that went on to sell 20 million copies.
Those who would like to come to the memorial are asked to confirm their attendance by emailing David Higham Associates at email@example.com.
