M&B protests "no kissing" sign

<p>Romance publisher Mills &amp; Boon has launched a protest against the &ldquo;no kissing&rdquo; sign installed by Virgin Rail at Warrington Bank Quay station in Cheshire earlier this week. <br /><br />According to the <em>Guardian</em>, M&amp;B publishing director Sarah Ritherdon has written to Virgin chief executive Tony Collins, claiming &ldquo;romantic embraces and passionate kisses are a vital part of life and should never be discouraged&rdquo; and that &ldquo;lovers should be free to express their feelings whenever the mood takes them&rdquo;. <br /><br />M&amp;B has also set up Facebook and Flickr groups &ldquo;Kiss goodbye to no kissing&rdquo;, where photos of romantic station moments can be uploaded, and produced a range of posters protesting the &ldquo;right to kiss where we like&rdquo;. <br /></p>
