The man with the M&S touch

<p>Did you survive the annual Frankfurt funfest? Many of Britain's finest envoys were delayed by fog at Heathrow--and some spent the first few days sans luggage. I regret to admit that my porter also managed to mislay my trunk. But just as I was on the verge of donning some traditional lederhosen, that man with the Midas touch, Tony Mulliken, came to the rescue. He produced a freshly pressed shirt, socks and a handsome pair of M&S smalls.
