Richard Osman's first fiction title has risen to the top of last week's jam-packed publication schedule to become by far the fastest selling debut crime novel since BookScan records began. The history-making week also saw Margaret Atwood bag her first Mass Market Fiction pole position and a podcasting duo edge out Ant & Dec's memoir at the non-fiction summit.
