<p>Fiona Fraser</p><p> Booksellers are to be encouraged to publish their own local books in partnership with on-demand printer Lightning Source.</p><p> The Booksellers Association is set to roll out a local publishing initiative to its members , with a new guide to managing on-demand printing of local titles.
