LexisNexis buys parts of Dolan Media

<p>LexisNexis, the global legal publishing division of Reed plc, has acquired the three public records collection businesses of US-based Dolan Media.</p><p>The buyout by LexisNexis will be financed by Reed's estimated free future cashflow of $700m (&#163;424m), which has been earmarked for acquisitions. The companies being purchased are Dolan Information, US Corporate Services and Clickdata.com. They made combined sales of $44m (&#163;26.7m) in the year to end-March; LexisNexis' US turnover was &#163;1.1bn in 2002.
