LBS facing court battle


Distributor Littlehampton Book Services may face a court battle with Andr&eacute; Deutsch in July, after the publisher rejected LBS' latest compensation offer for the costs incurred by Deutsch following serious distribution problems at LBS during 1998.</p><p>

Deutsch, which is thought to be seeking a sum in excess of six figures from the distributor, confirmed that it was seeking a settlement with LBS through the courts.</p><p>
