Vegan cookery book for Lagom

Lagom, an imprint of Blink Publishing, has acquired So Vegan With 5, a book from the creators of a large vegan food channel that boasts 100 "easy-to-do" vegan recipes using only five ingredients.

So Vegan With 5 by Roxy Pope and Ben Pook is set to publish on the 27th December 2018. Natalie Jerome, acquisitions director and publisher for Bonnier Publishing UK, signed world language rights from Ariella Feiner at United Agents.

Recipes in the book span "quick and easy" breakfasts, "simple and healthy" light meals, "classic" dinners and "indulgent" desserts, additionally offering nuggets of helpful advice on how to live a more sustainable life. It is pitched at both "full-time vegans" and "curious carnivores" as a "go-to guide for eating more delicious plants, packed with budget-friendly and time-saving recipes for the everyday cook".

Authors Pope and Pook commented: "Over the past two years, we've made it our mission to bring simple, fun and flavoursome vegan food to the masses.
