Octopus imprint Kyle Books is serving up a new Wagamama cookbook featuring more than 70 recipes inspired by the restaurant chain’s favourite dishes.
Publisher Joanna Copestick acquired world rights in all languages direct from UK marketing director Andre Johnston at wagamama in a two-book deal. Feed your soul will be published in September 2019.
The book will include a recipe for katsu curry that has never been shared before, along with yaki soba, as well as plant-based dishes such as bang bang cauliflower and mushroom pho.
Wagamama, which launched in 1992, has published two books before - The Wagamama Cookbook (Kyle Cathie) and Ways With Noodles (Kyle Books).
Copestick said: “We’re thrilled to be continuing our long association with Wagamama, who always manage to lead the field in creating irresistible dishes that are fast, delicious and good for the soul.”
Johnstone added: “At Wagamama we have always believed that the food you eat has a power way beyond the ingredients in the bowl. You feel that in the restaurants and this collection of recipes helps you create that positive energy in your own home too.”
