Nook has finished its new year offer which saw 100 of 2013's biggest titles selling for 99p, but has a new "January sale".
The earlier offer meant titles such as Eleanor Catton's Man Booker Prize-winning novel The Luminaries (Granta) and Donna Tartt's The Goldfinch (Little, Brown) were being sold for up to 95% off the RRP, with Amazon price-matching many of the titles.
In the offer's wake, Nook is continuing to run a January sale, with some titles priced as low as 59p, inlacing Enid Blyton's The Island of Adventure (Pan Macmillan) and Fiona Harper's Make My Wish Come True (Mills & Boon).
Several bestselling titles from 2013 are still being offered at a reduced price, including John Green's The Fault in our Stars (Penguin) which is on sale on the Nook site for £1.99, the same price as Sylvia Day's Bared to You (Penguin). David Jason's autobiography My Life (Century) is on offer for £6.99, compared to the hardback's RRP of £20. Colum McCann's Man Booker Prize-longlisted novel TransAtlantic (Bloomsbury) is on offer for £3.08.
