Isobel Richardson has joined Penguin Ventures as head of brand management from Warner Bros Kids and Family Entertainment division.
In the role, Richardson will be responsible for developing and driving brand strategies for Peter Rabbit, The Snowman, Flower Fairies, Elmer and Spot, as well as managing key marketing, brand and promotional partnerships. She will report into Susan Bolsover, director of licensing and consumer products for Penguin Ventures.
Richardson was previously francise marketing manger at Warner Bros Kids and Family Franchises where she was in charge of key franchise partners including Lego, J K Rowling's Wizarding World, Scooby-Doo!, Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry.
Richardson said: "I am hugely excited to be joining the Ventures team at such a pivotal and exciting time for the business, and am looking forward to working across such an impressive portfolio of renowned and well-loved brands."
