Mixed views on click and collect as indies gear up for 'tough' lockdown

Some independent booksellers have expressed reservations about continuing with click and collect services, as England moves into full lockdown his week. 

Waterstones m.d. James Daunt has given his view that the service "simply doesn't work" at a time when people are being told to stay at home and only visit essential retailers.
