Immediate sales boost for Booker winner as Pan prints more

<p>Pan Macmillan is to print an extra 30,000 copies of The Sea, Picador's Booker prize winner from John Banville. The extra copies will be rushed to stores by the end of this week, joining 28,000 currently in stock. The paperback edition is scheduled for June next year. That date will be reviewed by the publisher but there are no plans to change it.
