Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand's biography of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Finding Freedom (HQ), has ascended to the UK Official Top 50 number one spot, selling a princely 31,586 copies in its first five days on sale. Royal biographies and autobiographies have risen in popularity lately, with Anne Glenconner's Lady in Waiting (Hodder) and Angela Kelly's The Other Side of the Coin (HarperCollins) big Christmas 2019 hits.
