Halls hails Bookshop site as 'game-changer' for indies

New retail website Bookshop.org has been hailed as a “game-changer” by Booksellers Association m.d. Meryl Halls while its founder has said more features are on the way.

The site was launched in the UK this month, giving indies 30% of the cover price from titles sold through their shopfronts plus a cut from a profit pool. As of 17th November it had already raised more than £180,000 for indies.
