The Gunn Media business will be "well cared for", as its director Ali Gunn would have wanted, the agency has said.
Gunn died suddenly last week at the age of 45.
In a statement, Gunn Media said: "We have been completely shattered by the news of Ali's sudden death. She was a talented, generous and vivacious person, and we will miss her tremendously. We are also so sorry for the loss to her family and friends. We intend to keep her business well cared for, as she would have expected. Any current contracts with Gunn Media will be treated as business as usual, whilst outstanding negotiations will be put on hold, for the time being."
