Jo Greig, previously international marketing director and western European sales director at Macmillan Education, has been appointed sales and marketing director at Bristol University Press and its imprint Policy Press.
Bristol UP said Greig “brings a track record in developing creative multi-channel campaigns and building sales internationally, which will be instrumental in driving the future growth at this exciting time for the Press.”
Greig takes up her role in mid-August and will lead the Press on sales and marketing strategy, brand development and international sales.
Bristol UP chief executive Alison Shaw said she was delighted to have appointed "such a high calibre candidate”, adding: “I am sure Jo will make a significant contribution to the development of Policy Press and Bristol University Press.”
Bristol UP was launched in December 2016 by Bristol University in conjunction with Policy Press.
