Greenhill teams with Chatham

<p>Lionel Leventhal Ltd has acquired Trident Publishing, the company set up to run naval imprint Chatham. Leventhal will pair Chatham's catalogue of more than 100 maritime titles with Greenhill Books, its military history list.
