With a French accent

<p>In March this year Octopus launched a new imprint, Hachette Illustrated, to publish books from its owner, French publisher Hachette, into the UK market. </p><p>Headed by sales and publishing director Rebecca de Rafael, who is herself part-French, Hachette Illustrated will publish 40 titles a year in the areas of general reference, travel, mind, body and spirit, and cookery, with books taken from Hachette imprints Editions du Chene, Marabout, Hachette Pratique and Hazan. </p><p>The new list has already had some early successes: a recipe book, Chocolate (&#163;12.99, 1842021893) by Trish D...
