Fourth Estate buys Leicester City book

Nicholas Pearson at Fourth Estate has bought world rights to a title chronicling Premier League outfit Leicester City’s unlikely title challenge, written by “Richard III”, and will publish in June.

King Power tells Leicester’s story in the words of “the club’s biggest fan”, the monarch who died at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485 and was reinterred in Leicester Cathedral in 2015.

Leicester were 5,000/1 outsiders to win the league and are now seven points clear with five games to play.
