Former Blackwell's boss joins Waterstone's to oversee Ottakar's integration

<p>Former Blackwell's m.d. Dominic Myers has joined Waterstone's as head of strategy and business development. It is believed that he would oversee the integration of Ottakar's, should a renewed HMV bid be successful.</p><p>Myers arrived at Blackwell's in 2002 after spells with Hasbro, Somerfield and M&S. At Blackwell's, he oversaw the introduction of buying and core stock systems, following the Waterstone's model.
