Hardie Grant has acquired a first cookbook from London cafe chain Fernandez and Wells.
Publisher Kate Pollard signed world rights in the title from Jonathan Hayden of HD Creative.
The book will be titled RUSTIC: Simple food & drink, from morning to night and will feature the cafes sandwiches and other dishes.
The business was set up by Jorge Fernandez and Rick Wells, who have written the book.
Wells said: "“Jorge and I have really enjoyed working with Hardie Grant on this project and to be given the opportunity to rediscover our roots and share our belief that it’s the simple things in life that are often the best."
The book will be published in October this year.
