The former Methvens bookshop in Worthing, which reopened under the name of Bookstack in June last year, is to shut down later on this month.
The Methvens bookshop originally closed in March 2009 after parent company ArgentVive went into administration.
It is understood Bookstack is currently holding a closing down sale and will shut its doors for the final time sometime over the next week.
The shop was bought by Chenwick Ltd which operates two bookshops under the banner Bookstack in Eastbourne and Brighton. Derrick Trubshaw, development manager at the business, was not available for comment.
