Elliott & Thompson to link with Faber and Frances Lincoln

Independent publisher Elliott & Thompson has appointed Frances Lincoln to be its sales representative in the UK and Ireland, with MDL continuing to handle all distribution.

In another new appointment, Faber is to represent E&T in the Middle East and Far East for all sales into these territories, apart from Malaysia and Singapore, as well as for all rights sales worldwide for both English and foreign language.

Penguin will represent the company in Malaysia and Singapore, and continue to represent E&T sales in South Africa.

E&T chairman Lorne Forsyth said: "We are extremely pleased to be working with such distinguished firms. Although Elliott & Thompson is a young publisher, our growing list sits very well alongside those of Faber and Frances Lincoln and these agreements will bring our books to a wider audience in the UK and around the world."

E&T currently publishes 16 to 20 titles per year, and started in 2009 as a non-fiction publisher. It is now seeking to develop with new non-fiction series and genre fiction.
