Bloomsbury has signed two more novels by Elizabeth Day.
Helen Garnons-Williams at Bloomsbury and Lea Beresford at Bloomsbury US bought world English language rights in two more novels from the Observer journalist, author of Scissors, Paper, Stone and Home Fires, both published by Bloomsbury.
The deal was done with Jessica Woollard at the Marsh Agency.
The first novel in the new deal, Paradise City, is described as a state-of-the-nation novel narrated by four different Londoners "whose lives intersect in a beautifully constructed story of class and ambition, loneliness and belonging, guilt and restitution".
Bloomsbury will publish in spring 2015.
