Icon Books has promoted Duncan Heath, currently the editorial director, to the role of publisher with responsibility for all editorial policy.
Andrew Furlow, who recently returned from a year’s sabbatical, becomes associate publisher, responsible for all commercial policy, and Lydia Wilson and Lucy Cooper have been promoted to sales manager and marketing manager, respectively.
All promotions take place with immediate effect.
