Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall will present the Man Booker Prize when the winner is announced on 15th October.
The duchess, who supports a number of literacy organisations including the National Literacy Trust, will hand out the award at the prize ceremony held at the Guildhall in London.
The authors shortlisted for the £50,000 prize this year are Jim Crace, Colm Toibin, Eleanor Catton, NoViolet Bulwayo, Jhumpa Lahiri and Ruth Ozeki.
It is the final time the prize will be fought over by writers from the UK, Ireland and the Commonwealth solely, following rule changes announced last month.
