Daunt looks to click and collect as lockdown 'game-changer'

Click-and-collect could be a game-changer for high street booksellers during the second national lockdown, Waterstones m.d. James Daunt has told The Bookseller. He also called on the government to classify all retailers as "essential", arguing that the logic of corralling customers into supermarket aisles at the expense of Covid-secure shops was questionable.
