CUP makes small reductions to gender pay gap

Cambridge University Press has made small reductions to its mean and median gender pay gaps - but its bonus pay gaps have skyrocketed in the latest filing.

CUP has reduced last year's 19% median pay gap to 18%, fractionally above the current national average of 17.9%. Meanwhile the mean pay gap has dropped from 24% in last year's report to 22%.

However bonus gender pay gaps have surged, with the median bonus pay gap rising to 75% (22% last year) and the mean to 50% (34% last year).
