Former editor launches electronic music publisher Velocity Press

A newly formed electronic music book publisher, Velocity Press, has launched with its first book which promises to be “a radical reworking of British dance music’s origin story” by veteran dance music journalist Matt Anniss.

Join The Future: Bleep Techno & the Birth of British Bass Music is the first of a string of titles in the works from Velocity Press, a specialist non- fiction publisher of electronic music and club culture books founded by Colin Steven, the former editor and publisher of drum and bass magazine Knowledge.
