Changes at Waterstones as Taylor made retail director

Waterstones chief operating officer Kate Skipper has announced a string of operational changes with former head of retail Luke Taylor appointed as retail director. 

Taylor has been appointed as retail director with immediate effect. He joined the business as a Sunday bookseller, quickly progressing into management through shops in Lincoln, Leicester, Nottingham, Piccadilly and London.
