Caxton's Time Life coup

Caxton Publishing has paid a high six-figure sum to secure UK rights to the entire Time Life backlist.</p><p>
The deal will see Caxton bring between 300 and 400 Time Life titles back into print over the next four years. </p><p>
The backlist, which mainly comprises series of illustrated non-fiction such as Lost Civilisations and The History of Flight, was published by Time Life in the UK until last year. Many of the titles were originally mail order but then found a general trade audience.</p><p>
Caxton will bring the titles back under the Time Life brand, selling through its own sales ...
