Carlton Books is the latest publisher to jump on the two-wheeled bandwagon, signing a biography of Olympic and Tour de France cycling hero, Bradley Wiggins.
Sports editor Jim Greenhough bought world rights in the title, Bradley Wiggins: The Story of Britain's Greatest-Ever Cyclist, directly from the author, the Press Association Sport. The book will carry a foreword by former cyclist, Chris Boardman.
It will be published on 11th October as a £14.99 hardback.
The book will tell the story of Wiggins' life and career, from growing up in London to the Sydney, Athens, Beijing and finally this year's London Olympics, as well as his Tour de France career.
