Booktrust reveals shortlist for young persons' book award

<p>Booktrust has announced the shortlist for the YoungMinds Book Award 2010, which celebrates books that help children and young people to deal with the pressures of growing up.</p><p>The selection of short-listed books has been based on reviews given by young people in UK book groups and schools. The shortlist will now go to a panel of judges, including children&#39;s authors Phillip Ardagh, Tabitha Suzuma and another to be confirmed and three child judges. The &pound;2,000 prize will be awarded at a ceremony at the Unicorn Theatre in London on 16th November.<br /><br />The full shortlist is:<br /><br /><em>Dear Dylan</em> by Siobhan Curham (AuthorHouse)<br /><em>Ember Fury</em> by Cathy Brett (Headline Publishing Group)<br /><em>Inside</em> J.A.
