Bookstat: Omer's Influence makes itself felt

Mike Omer’s A Deadly Influence (Thomas & Mercer) swiped the Bookstat number one for the week ending 3rd April, topping a chart heavy with Amazon-published, Kindle Unlimited titles.

We’ve seen before how the turn of the month, and the release of new titles for Kindle Unlimited customers, can see them thunder into the chart on higher estimated weekly volume sales than normal. Glendy Vanderah’s The Light Through the Leaves (Lake Union), Jane Healey’s The Scene Stealers (Lake Union) and Adam Mitzner’s The Perfect Marriage (Thomas & Mercer) also rocketed up the e-book chart.

Clarification: Hachette has stated that J P Delaney's Playing Nice sold 6,546 copies; Mike Gayle's All the Lonely People 6,276 units; and Michael Connelly's Fair Warning 7,165 copies.
