Bookstat: Gabaldon buzzing with latest pole

Diana Gabaldon’s Go Tell the Bees that I Am Gone (Cornerstone) has buzzed straight into the Bookstat e-book number one, topping the chart in the same week it debuted in the Original Fiction top two through the TCM.

Scott Mariani’s The Crusader’s Cross (Avon) was the second highest new entry, swiping the runner-up spot. K L Slater’s The Widow (Bookouture) made it an all-new top three.

Though seasonal romance has had a strong run in the chart across November, crime held sway in the top 10 for the week ending 27th November. Matt Brolly’s The Mark (Thomas & Mercer) and David Baldacci’s Mercy (Macmillan) joined long-running chart stalwart T M Logan’s The Catch and Joy Ellis’ former number one The Night Thief (Joffe).

Clarification: Hachette has confirmed The Widow sold 8,269 coies.
