The Thursday Murder Club (Penguin) also returned to the e-book chart, swiping fourth place.

Crime writer J M Dalgliesh débuted in second place with To Die For (Hamilton), as Melinda Leigh’s Right Behind Her (Montlake) entered in seventh place.

The current Paperback Non-fiction number one in print, Cathy Glass’ An Innocent Baby (HarperCollins), charted ninth in the Bookstat chart.
