Bookstat: all change as Thomson hits the top

Mary Turner Thomson’s The Psychopath (Little A) zipped into the Bookstat e-book number one for the week ending 6th March.

As we see often at the start of the month, Kindle Unlimited titles, many from Amazon publishing imprints, can dominate the chart before falling from the top 10 en masse a week later. The Psychopath was joined by T E Kinsey’s The Deadly Mystery of the Missing Diamonds, Brian Freeman’s Infinite (both Thomas & Mercer) and Meghan Quinn’s The Wedding Game (Montlake) in the top five, alongside four other Amazon-published titles.

Liane Moriarty’s originally 2013-published The Husband’s Secret (Penguin) was the sole title in the chart from a non-Amazon publisher, in 10th place. The domestic thriller’s e-book edition has recently been lowered to 99p.
