Independent Blue Jacaranda Publishing is to publish a title supporting Tusk, the charitable trust which aims to protect wildlife and alleviate poverty in Africa.
Arabella Parker and the Rhino Horn Poachers is part three of the Arabella Parker series by Ray Murray, and follows a young girl who takes part in a safari in South Africa. But her trip is marred by rhino horn poachers, and revelations about her family along the way.
The publisher said: "We hope this book will encourage children to get involved in helping to save endangered species, and will raise awareness of the plight of the rhino in Africa."
The title will be published on 30th August, with £1 from each £5.99 paperback going to the charity. A contribution of 50p will be made from each £2.99 e-book sold.
Prince William is the patron of Tusk, which also counts Ronnie Wood, Joanna Lumley and Ben Fogle among its supporters.
