Bloomsbury signs two more from Kerridge

Bloomsbury imprint Absolute Press has signed a deal for two new books from Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge.

Absolute Press will release Tom Kerridge's Best Ever Dishes on 28th August 2014, to coincide with a six-part series for BBC Two.

Kerridge, who owns and cooks at the two Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers Pub in Marlow, previously published Proper Pub Food in August 2013, which has sold 190,582 copies through TCM, and was shortlisted for a Specsavers National Book Award.

Publisher Jon Croft signed world rights in a deal with Borra Garson at Deborah McKenna Limited.

Tom Kerridge's Best Ever Dishes will feature more than 100 recipes, reimagining classic dishes such as lasagne, Yorkshire puddings and chocolate tart, with photography by Christian Barnett.

Kerridge set up The Hand and Flowers in 2005, and now hosts his own series, as well as helming "Spring Kitchen", and appearing on programmes such as "Saturday Kitchen", "Great British Menu" and "MasterChef".
