Bloomsbury cookery imprint Absolute Press has signed a cookbook from Michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge.
Publisher Jon Croft signed rights in Tom's Table: My Favourite Everyday Recipes in a deal with Deborah McKenna Ltd.
The book will feature 100 recipes focusing around Kerridge's home-cooked dishes, including cheddar and ale soup, roast chicken, and lamb ribs with roasted onions.
Croft said: "Tom’s Table is the book that every Tom Kerridge fan will want to own. Pared down for ease and simplicity but ramped up for flavour and fun, this is Tom’s food perfectly realised for the home cook."
Tom's Table will be published on 24th September this year, accompanied by a "major marketing and publicity campaign". Kerridge will undertake a tour of the UK in the autumn, taking in events at the Abergavenny Food Festival, Ely, Bath and BBC Good Food events.
Kerridge set up his food pub the Hand & Flowers in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, in 2005, which became the first pub in the world to acquire two Michelin stars. He has hosted his own television series, as well as presenting the BBC's "Food & Drink" and "Spring Kitchen".
